Terramesa is a high quality, unique indoor/outdoor furniture with an artistic flair. Using an innovative technique developed by Michael Ingle, each table is hand made from structure to color and pattern. Michael has been creating and perfecting this technique for several years and has shown in several local galleries under the name "Mingle Creations."

There are several custom sizes that can incorporate(round, square and rectangular) as well as an ever growing array of custom creations that incorporate metal inlay designs in the table surfaces as well as ornate, imaginative bases created from metal & wood. Ideas for custom designs come from many places and can be based on the imagination of the artists at Terramesa or can be created from an idea or theme supplied by the client.

The process consists of six steps and takes about three weeks from start to finish. The table surface has a unique textured finish with rich complex color patterns. No two tables are alike. The rustic hand crafted metal frame that encapsulates the concrete adds strength and compliments the beautiful color designs. The unique concrete recipe produces a surface that has the strength and durability of traditional concrete. There is an indoor and outdoor version. Indoor tables are 60% lighter than outdoor tables which are 20% lighter than normal concrete.

After the table has been given ample time to cure, the color scheme of your choice is added and the process of enhancing the schemes takes place. It takes only one week for colors to develop and another week to complete the process. Total time from start to finish is three weeks. The final finish on the table is very durable. The colors of your new table will last for generations, but if left in constant direct sunlight, you can expect the color to fade up to 10%, not a very noticeable difference in most cases. Should your table tend to fade or get dull, you can add a clear water based outdoor sealer to rejuvenate the color and finish. The final product can be left outdoors year round.

Once the table surface has been chosen, the table bases that can be used are open to the imagination. There are a variety of bases to choose from or one can be custom designed to fit any table or bench size. If you've got an idea for a base, Mingle can work it into a custom design for you..
